The Misunderstanding Of Non-Specific Sciatica

For start, I should introduce myself.
I am a soft-tissue specialised sports therapist, I did six months self-employment investment. For many treatments for different kinds of sciatica, I have found something very fascinating that most people complaining their sciatica is treatable even they have been suffered it for years. There is always hope for it as long as the sciatica are not bone- or disease-related sciatica.
As I named it as (soft-tissue related sciatica) simply has three main types by compressed nerves, Proximately the pain at 1st type, L4 sciatica, the sharp pain will be radiating from 4th lumber spine to posterior, to anterior iniliac crest, to planta fascia lata (PFL) then to the anterior thigh. 2nd type, L5 sciatica, the pain is radiating from the angle of thoracolumber aponeurosis of lumber and sacrum spine to the iliac crest and iliotibial band and side of the spine to the low leg. 3rd type, S1 sciatica, the pain is radiate from sacrum to sacrum iliac joint, to piriformis, to bicep femoris.
Many people go to doctors and physios, unfortunately, painkillers and exercises programmes are usually given to the patients without really looking into the etiology of their sciatica. (you can agree or disagree) because I heard many of my customers’ complains. But, after a few treatments, even if they are not fully healed, but the result showed some significant improvement on them. In fact, it is really hard to completely treating a problem at once or if the compliance is really low to giving second or further treatments in such industry.
What I have really found out is, soft tissue work alone the places where I have stated in the second paragraph are truly amazed me from treating my customers. They have suffered from those sciatica heavily, but they thought they mostly had sufferred from slipped discs. They were also asking if they needed to have operation, but I advised them not to. As a personal thought, surgical is the last procedure you ever wanted it to use before soft-tissure work, then manipulation, then drug, then steroid injuction and so on… if they have all failed to the worst or the last will be to operate it surgically.
You may need to try it first if you have sufferred it for a long while. Found someone excellent at massage and try the way I have described. I believe you will have better result than It sounds to be. Theory always need to be practised in order to prove whether it is right or not!
Excellent luck and God Bless!
